At the time of booking a non refundable deposit is required.
Our services are appointment based only and ask that you arrive at your appointment time at least 10 minutes early. You will have a 5 minute grace period after your appointed time however because your time is in a 30 minute slot after 15 minutes your service will be adjusted.
